Underarm zipper

Zippers under the arms make it easier to put the coat on and take it off. They're also great if you just want to loosen up your outfit a little or need full freedom to lift your arms comfortably.

Stretchy materials

The stretchy SoftShell and MicroPolar fabrics make it easy to move comfortably and freely.

Elastic drawcords

The inserts feature adjustable drawstrings, so you can adapt them as your baby – or baby bump – grows. You’ll also find drawcords at the hem of the coat, allowing you to cinch it in from below and keep out the cold during chilly weather.*

*Please note that keeping the drawcords pulled tight at all times may cause constant rubbing while walking, which can result in gradual wear.

Babywearing shawl

The included babywearing scarf helps keep your back and chest warm while babywearing.

Detachable hood

The hood can be zipped off, so it won’t get in the way when you're carrying your baby on your back.

Two-way zipper

The zippers open from the bottom too - perfect for extra freedom of movement when taking bigger steps.

Cuffs and warm pockets

With snug cuffs and cozy pockets, you can skip the gloves and still stay warm.

Care & Maintenance

Material Composition

Made from durable, high-quality materials, this nearly indestructible coat is designed to serve you perfectly through multiple pregnancies and babywearing seasons.
SoftShell – water- and wind-resistant fabric with excellent breathability.
MicroPolar – soft, warm, and breathable fleece.


Washing Instructions

Machine wash at 30°C using only phosphate-free, specialised detergent*. Instead of fabric softener, use a small amount of vinegar. Make sure to zip up all zippers and fasten all snaps before washing. Use a low spin cycle. Do not tumble dry. Lay flat or hang to dry. Do not iron.

*Note: The coat's outer layer is made of SoftShell – a water-resistant, breathable fabric with a membrane and impregnation treatment. Conventional detergents, fabric softeners, and especially washing powders can damage these properties. They break down the impregnation after just a few washes and clog the membrane, reducing breathability.
Specialised detergents help preserve the fabric’s original qualities – but even then, make sure no regular detergent residue is left in the dispenser or drum.

Tip: Whenever possible, spot cleaning is recommended. For muddy stains, allow the coat to dry completely first, then brush the dried mud off.
