Delivery timing and important notes

• Please allow for the expected transit time to the destination country.
  
• During the Christmas period some parcel lockers and delivery services can become full or delayed, so delivery may be pushed past Christmas.
  
• Last dispatch from our warehouse this year: December 23, 2025.
  
• Order deadline for the last dispatch: December 22, 2025 by 9:00 AM (local time).
  
• First dispatch after New Year from our warehouse: January 6, 2026.
  
• Our warehouse is closed and no shipments will be sent between December 24, 2025 and January 5, 2026.
  

Important information about delivery

Our warehouse hands over orders to the courier services at the times listed above. Due to the heavy year-end load on couriers and parcel points, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery date once the parcel has left our warehouse.

Choosing the perfect Christmas gift isn’t always easy — so we’ve extended the exchange window for items bought after December 1, 2025 that were intended as Christmas presents:

• Please contact our customer service by January 7, 2026 to request an exchange, then return the item to our warehouse.
  
• Once we receive the returned parcel we will either send the replacement item or refund the purchase price, according to your preference.
