Retailer FAQ

In the Retailer Portal, select "Shop" from the top menu and add your desired items to your basket. To view your selected items and previously saved account details, click the small basket icon in the top right corner.

Under the My Cart tab, you can edit your current order, while the My Account tab provides access to your recent activity, shopping list, account details, and address book.
Before finalizing your order, please ensure that your Default Shipping Address and Default Billing Address are accurate. Update them if necessary.

Once you're satisfied with your shopping cart and account settings, proceed to checkout and double-check your shipping address.
Shipping costs will be calculated based on the content, weight, and destination of your order, and added to your final total.
You can check the free shipping thresholds for your country under “How are shipping costs calculated?”

We will confirm your order and send you an invoice with the final payable amount within one business day of order placement. Once the invoice is settled, we will dispatch the goods to your warehouse.

The minimum order value is €100 (net).

After you place an order in the Retailer Portal, we will update your order with the applicable shipping costs (if any), and send you an order confirmation and a payment link. You can pay by credit card or bank transfer.

If you choose bank transfer, please send the payment to the following account:

Within the EU, we deliver via GLS or FedEx. Outside Europe, we use DHL and FedEx.
Shipping costs are based on the weight and volume of the products ordered and the number of cartons required to pack the goods. We always aim to provide the most economical and convenient shipping option.

We offer free shipping for reseller orders exceeding the following thresholds (net order value):

• to Austria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Spain free shipping above €200
• to Finland, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Sweden free shipping above €300
• to United Kingdom, USA, Canada, Norway free shipping above €500

Liliputi Love® products may not be sold below the current SRP (Suggested Retail Price).
For promotional pricing or discounts on discontinued items, please contact our Customer Service team at info@liliputi.com.

If you receive a warranty claim, please notify us as soon as possible - ideally with photos and detailed information regarding the issue.
This will help us assess the claim quickly and determine whether it is valid.

If the complaint is justified, we will offer the most convenient resolution, usually by issuing a credit memo for the purchase price of the item, which can be applied to your next order.

High-resolution images of Liliputi products are available for download under the Downloads tab on the reseller platform. These are ideal for use as product photos in your webshop.

Click the magnifying glass icon just below the main (hero) image – not the top search bar. This allows you to search only within Liliputi’s photos. Then type your desired hashtag into the search field. If you use the top search bar instead, you’ll see results from all of Flickr, not just our gallery.
