Shipping and payment information

We work with the following shipping companies: GLS, DHL, FedEx, and Packeta.
You can choose delivery to your home or to a pickup point.

Whether you prefer home delivery or pickup point collection, please make sure to accurately fill in the shipping address fields with the full details of your home address. Based on this information, you will then be able to choose from the delivery options available for that address.

If you choose home delivery, the courier will deliver the package to the address you provided.

If you choose pickup point delivery, after completing payment and confirming your order, you’ll be able to select from the available pickup points closest to the address you entered—on the final page of the checkout process.

So, for example, if you would like to collect your package from a pickup point near your workplace, simply enter your work address, and the dropdown menu on the final page will show the pickup points closest to that location, allowing you to choose the one that’s most convenient for you.

We ship to all EU countries, the UK, the US, Canada, Japan and several other countries. Just enter your country and preferred shipping address and you will see the available shipping options to that destination.


In case of shipping outside of the EU, you will most likely have to pay duty and customs administration fees, which may vary among countries and products. If you need further information regareeding the fees and charges, please contact the local authorities.

The delivery time depends on the shipping method you chose and your location. Once your order has been processed and handed over to the courier, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Also, you will be able to find a link to the tracking information in your order status within your account profile.

If you’ve already received this confirmation, you can follow your parcel's progress using the provided tracking number.

If you haven’t received a shipping notification yet and it's been more than a few business days since you placed your order, feel free to contact our Customer Service team—we’ll be happy to check the status for you.

Return & Exchange

If you accidentally chose the wrong size or changed your mind within a few hours after placing your order, you don’t have to wait for the package to be delivered! Get in touch with us as soon as possible, because we might be able to modify your order before it’s shipped.

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order — no explanation needed.
This right is granted by consumer protection laws and applies to all products ordered from our online store.

If you decide to return a product, please notify our Customer Service in writing as soon as possible.
You can simply send us an email in your own words, or use the official cancellation form attached to our Terms and Conditions.

You can only return or exchange a product if it’s clean, undamaged, and has only been tried on indoors — not worn outside, and shows no signs of use.
Please do not wash the item. If it has already been washed, unfortunately we won’t be able to accept the return or process an exchange.

Make sure to send the product back in its original box, with all labels, leaflets, and accessories included, properly packed to avoid any damage during shipping.
For baby carriers and coats, please double-check that all accessories are included in the package.
Important: Do not use the product box as the outer packaging! Attach shipping labels only to a protective box — ideally, the same shipping box in which you originally received the product.

If the returned product is damaged, stained, or in a condition unsuitable for resale (i.e. shows more wear than what’s needed to simply check its nature, properties, or functioning), we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount or to deny the return or exchange altogether.

Kindly note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please make sure to keep your proof of postage, as you are responsible for the package until it safely reaches our warehouse.

We’re unable to accept parcels sent with cash on delivery, to pick-up lockers, or addressed to any location other than our warehouse. Thank you for your understanding!

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it, and if it is undamaged and in a resellable condition, we will refund the full product price along with the cost of the least expensive available shipping method — no later than 14 days from the date we were informed of your decision to cancel the purchase.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
If you prefer a different refund method, please let us know in advance.

Please note: If you choose to return only part of your order, the original shipping cost will not be refunded. Thank you for your understanding!

Warranty

Liliputi Love® products are crafted with the utmost care in our sewing workshop, using carefully tested materials and under strict quality control.

However, in rare cases, a product may develop a fault even when used as intended.

All products purchased through the Liliputi Love online store come with a 2-year statutory warranty, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.

If your product develops a defect you can submit a warranty claim by contacting our Customer Service team via email.

When emailing us, please include the following:

- A brief description of the issue

- A few clear photos showing the fault

- A copy of your receipt or invoice

If we can assess the issue based on your email, we’ll get back to you with your options and the next steps. If the problem isn’t clearly identifiable from the photos, we may ask you to return the product to our central warehose, weher we can thoroughly investigate your warranty complaint.

Please kindly ensure that all returned items are clean.
As our workshop also handles the production of new products, we’re unable to inspect or repair soiled or unhygienic items. Products returned in unclean condition may be sent back without inspection, or a cleaning fee may be applied before processing can continue.

About our products

All of our products come straight from our very own small workshop in Szombathely, Hungary.
Our carriers, jackets, bags, shoes and accessories are crafted based on our own designs, sometimes in collaboration with talented Hungarian designers. They’re made with carefully selected materials and a strong commitment to quality - often by hand, wherever possible - to ensure every detail meets our high standards.

We use only premium-quality materials that are treated and dyed using natural, child-safe methods. All fixatives we apply are free from heavy metals and harmful substances, as the safety of little ones is our top priority.
Some intense colours (like red, burgundy or purple) are nearly impossible to fix 100% without chemical additives, which is why — depending on conditions — these colours may sometimes transfer slightly. You can read more about us HERE.

Buckle carriers, stretchy wraps, ring slings and half-buckle carriers:
One size fits all.

Woven wraps:
Liliputi Love diamond weave wraps come in four different lengths, so everyone can find the perfect fit — regardless of body shape. The ideal size can vary from person to person, depending on height, upper body width, bust size and the types of carries you'd like to use.

Here’s a quick guide to help you choose the right size:

Choose size 4 if:
– your clothing size is EU 36 or below; in this case, you can use it for front, hip or back carries with one or short two-layer finishes
– you're under 170 cm tall and wear EU size 40 or smaller, and plan to use one-layer carries

Choose size 5 if:
– you're under 170 cm and wear EU size 38 or smaller; suitable for one-, two- or three-layer carries

Choose size 6 if:
– you're over 170 cm tall
– you wear EU size 42 or above and want to use one-, two- or three-layer carries
– you're under 170 cm, wear EU 38 or smaller, and prefer multi-layer carries that need more fabric

Choose size 7 if:
– you're 180 cm or taller
– you wear EU size 44 or larger and plan to use multi-layer carries
– you're under 180 cm, wear EU size 40 or smaller, and want to try fancy finishes that require extra fabric

No — and here’s why. There are several important reasons why we do not recommend outward-facing carrying in Liliputi carriers. First and foremost, this position can be harmful to your baby’s spine and may negatively affect healthy hip development. Also, in the early months, babies experience the world through their caregivers — by sensing facial expressions, heartbeats, voice vibrations, and body warmth. They need that close, secure connection. When a baby is facing outward, they may easily become overstimulated and — even more importantly — they have no way to turn back in and rest against the comfort and safety of their parent’s chest when they need to retreat.

When it comes to our stretchy wraps and buckle carriers, every part that comes into contact with your baby’s skin — or, in the case of wraps, the entire fabric — is made from certified organic cotton, holding either OEKO-TEX® or GOTS certification.

Our ring slings, woven wraps and half-buckle carriers are sewn from 100% organic cotton, woven in a GOTS-certified diamond twill and dyed exclusively with AZO-free dyes.
Thanks to this unique fabric, our carriers gently wrap around your baby’s body and provide anatomically correct, ergonomic positioning in every situation. The fabric supports the baby’s spine point by point, allowing for the natural, so-called “physiological posture” that is essential for healthy development.

Yes! With the exception of woven wraps, all Liliputi Love® carriers come in one adjustable size — the straps or buckles can be easily tightened or loosened for the perfect fit. They’re designed to be comfortably shared between parents — and even grandparents — so that anyone in the family can enjoy the closeness of babywearing.

Every Liliputi Love® baby carrier comes with a detailed, photo-illustrated user manual, where we guide you through the tying or buckling techniques step by step. You’ll also find plenty of tips for washing and care to help keep your carrier in top shape. And there’s more! With every buckle carrier, half buckle, woven or stretchy wrap, you’ll receive a handy fabric bag as a gift — perfect for carrying your baby carrier or using as a small backpack.

About our Soft Sole Shoes

We've gathered all the information you need about soft-soled shoes RIGHT HERE!

A baby’s foot is made up of soft cartilage, and the bones don’t fully develop until around age 2–3. The arches of the foot continue forming until about age 10–12.
That’s why it’s important to choose footwear that supports healthy development — not just in the first couple of years, but at every stage of childhood.

While Soft Soled Shoes are ideal for natural foot movement, we also recommend having a pair of rubber-soled shoes. These may be slightly less flexible, but they’re water-resistant, more durable, and suitable for outdoor use.

For older children, it's a good idea to choose rubber-soled shoes that are still lightweight and flexible, yet help absorb impact and reduce stress on the joints.

At Liliputi Love®, we use only certified, baby-friendly materials — because our products are made with little ones in mind.
The leather used for our shoes is dyed with natural, heavy-metal-free pigments to ensure safety and comfort.

As a result, in rare cases, the shoes may release some color (e.g. due to moisture or sweaty little feet), or show minimal fading over time. This is completely normal for naturally dyed leather and does not affect the quality or safety of the product.
